Use of the site

Jazzy Text provides free browser-based tools for generating fancy text, usernames, and social media bio ideas. You may use the tools for personal or commercial projects, but you are responsible for checking whether a generated username, phrase, or bio is appropriate and available on the platform where you plan to use it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jazzy Text to create, distribute, promote, or facilitate any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors.
• Child exploitation, grooming, or endangerment in any form.
• Promotion, glorification, or recruitment for terrorism or violent extremism.
• Credible threats of violence against people, groups, or property.
• Targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, or doxxing.
• Hate speech or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or serious medical condition.
• Promotion or encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, or other forms of deception for financial or personal gain.
• Distribution of malware, viruses, spyware, or other malicious code.
• Solicitation of illegal drugs or other controlled substances.
• Trafficking of weapons, firearms, ammunition, or regulated weapon components.
• Deceptive impersonation of a real person, brand, or organization, or content designed to mislead about identity.
• Intellectual property violations, including infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret rights.
• Violation of another person's privacy, including sharing private information without consent.

We may, at our discretion, block, filter, or remove access to features used in violation of these terms.

Third-party platforms

Jazzy Text is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, Telegram, Snapchat, Roblox, Riot Games, Valorant, Epic Games, Fortnite, Twitch, YouTube, Steam, Xbox, Microsoft, Minecraft, Mojang, or any other third-party platform referenced on the site. Platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only for descriptive purposes, such as explaining which platform a username or display-name idea is intended for.

User responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use any text, username, display name, or bio generated by Jazzy Text. This includes checking whether a name is available, appropriate, lawful, factually accurate, and compliant with the rules of the platform where you intend to use it. You agree not to use generated content in any way that violates the Acceptable Use section above or the terms of any third-party platform.

No guarantees and liability disclaimer

The site and all generated content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, originality, availability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated text will be unique, available on a given platform, error-free, suitable for any specific use, factually accurate, or accepted by any third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jazzy Text and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site, the tools, or any generated content.

Generator inputs are processed in your browser. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about generator input, analytics, consent, cookies, advertising, local storage, and contact information.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of Jazzy Text after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms.
